How it Works

For tenants:

Book a car

Select a car by type, price and other characteristics that interest you.

Get access to the car

Once your application is approved and you have made a deposit, you will be able to unlock the car using the KAV2GO app.

Enjoy the ride

Rides with KAV2GO are covered by insurance and 24/7 customer support.

Return the car

When you no longer need the car, park it in the designated area. The rental price will be automatically adjusted if you have driven more than expected or have not filled the tank with gas.

For owners:

Place your car

Set up your profile and specify the price and availability of your car or browse the applications yourself.

Receive orders

Once your identity has been verified and confirmed, the driver will be able to book your car.

Rent without effort

There is no need to meet borrowers in person as they can access your car through the app.

Get paid

Your earnings will be credited to your account every 7-14 days, including compensation for additional fuel or vehicle mileage.

Find answers to common questions about our vehicle rental services

For Renters (Drivers)

Create an account, upload your driver’s license and ID, verify your profile (usually takes up to 24 hours), then choose a car, a plan, insurance, and pay for the booking.

You must be at least 19 years old (25+ for international drivers), have a valid driver’s license, no more than two minor violations in the past 3 years, and a clean driving history with no major offenses.

For Connect-enabled vehicles, use the app: complete a visual check, take photos of the car, and unlock it with your phone. At the end of your trip, take photos again, return the vehicle with the same fuel level, and lock it via the app.

Return the car with the same fuel level. Any differences are automatically billed.

Insurance is provided during the rental period, covering both damage and third-party liability. The level of protection is selected at the time of booking.

Report it through the app and follow the provided instructions. In the case of an accident or breakdown, fill out the report form — you may be eligible for reimbursement or support.

For Car Owners

Add your car along with required documents (ownership, registration, insurance), upload photos, and set rental conditions such as minimum and maximum duration.

Install the Connect device to enable contactless rentals: owners lock the car remotely, and renters unlock it with their phone.

When a request comes in, verify the availability of your car, review the dates, and only confirm if you can hand over the keys. For instant bookings (Connect), requests are processed automatically.

The owner receives a rental summary by email, reviews photos, fuel level, and mileage. If something’s wrong, you can request reimbursement within 48 hours.

Payments are sent to your bank account on the 15th of each month.

KAV2GO covers vehicle damage and third-party liability as long as the rules are followed. Owners pay a deductible and must file a claim within 5 days of the incident.
